Purcell, Inc. Featured In Parade of Homes Remodelors Showcase - Grant

STILLWATER, MINN. (September 14, 2003) -- The public is invited to tour a recently remodeled home in Grant, free of charge during the upcoming Parade of Homes Remodelors Showcase, October 10-12, 2003. This Lower Level Addition, Kitchen Addition and Exterior Remodel were designed and constructed by Purcell, Inc. Purcell, Inc. is a unique home architecture and construction company which brings together the finest architects and craftsmen to renovate and expand premier residences in the Twin Cities.

According to Purcell's president, Tim Purcell, Jr., "This residence was originally built in the 70's. The basement was functionally remodeled and expanded, providing two teenage children's bedrooms and separate living space. The formal dining room was turned into a private music room. The kitchen and informal eating area was reorganized and space added to provide an open floor plan solution. A new deck with cable railing provides an attractive view to the exterior across the wrap around deck. The landscape called for the removal of an original tennis court and was replaced with a beautiful yard and a path leading to a screened gazebo.”
