Purcell, Inc. Expands to Second Location

New location reflects company’s continued growth and commitment to customer

STILLWATER, Minn. November 1, 2003 – Purcell Inc., a premier home architecture and construction company has unveiled plans to expand to a second office. The company’s exceptional growth within the past five years resulted in Purcell’s rapid outgrowth of its current location in Stillwater. Scheduled for construction immediately, the new office and showroom will be located in White Bear Lake, Minn., and will become the company’s headquarters.

“This expansion also reinforces our commitment to the community by allowing us to continue providing quality service throughout the Twin Cities’ metro area.” Upon completion of the new facility, Purcell’s current office in Stillwater will become a satellite office and will be used specifically for projects in the Stillwater area. The new office will be located on Buerkle Road in White Bear Lake, Minn., and is scheduled to open by Spring 2004. The interior space will be designed by Brandi Hagen of William Beson Interior Design firm and Renae Keller of gunkelman’s interior design firm, both of Minneapolis.
